SAFE HAVEN
How you can help give animals a Safe Haven
The RSPCA Lancashire East Branch Animal Centre has cared for thousands of animals over the years and we prioritise animals that have been abused, neglected or abandoned and rescued by national RSPCA inspectors.
We need your help to continue to look after and rehabilitate these animals so we can find them loving new homes.
What is Safe Haven?
You can sponsor a dog kennel or rabbit pen at the animal centre or help support an animal in foster care (all our cats and some of our dogs are fostered) to help provide a safe environment for abused, neglected or abandoned animals rescued by the RSPCA.
By joining our Safe Haven scheme you won't just be helping one animal, you'll be supporting the Branch to improve the lives of all the animals who pass through our centre each year.
What will my sponsorship do?
Your sponsorship goes towards the animals' care, rehabilitation and medical treatment. While they are in our care we give animals a Safe Haven - making sure they feel loved and secure by caring for their physical, emotional and behavioural needs ensuring high welfare and care throughout their stay.
We send sponsors a regular newsletter of stories and updates from the centre together with invitations to Branch events. We also display a plaque containing the sponsor's name and a short message at the entrance to the centre.
